    Total Disappointment for Christmas Paid $100 Canadian dollars for a Christmas table arrangement. Photo of the arrangement here in Canada looked lovely, two red candles with holly, red roses beautiful greenery... my friend took a photo for me to see, and it looked like it had been made with left over weeds with one candle in the centre. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM HERE.

    During the time of sadness and loss, we were hoping that a bouquet of flowers bring forth some comfort. We paid extra for a bereavement bouquet on behalf of overseas friends. The bouquet was a sheer disappointment. Although the quality of the flowers were decent, the bouquet appeared to be put together with whatever flowers they have left in the shop. The arrangement was not colour coordinated, unthoughtful and unprofessional. It was the worse bouquet we have ever seen or received. It added sadness to our loss.

    Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend for valentines day, went into the shop and all the staff were very welcoming, took my order which was quite specific as I like to please my girlfriend where-ever possible so I paid extra to make sure she would be happy. Payed £40 for a bouquet of flowers which I was informed would be for a decent bouquet. On valentines day the bouquet arrived and it was quite simply a joke, even my girlfriend (who never complains about anything) rung them to complain after finding how much I paid and was told 'Sorry - but we run out of flowers' that was it, no offer of a part refund or discount or anything. There's lots of other florists in this area and I have tried a couple of them since and found they are much better, sorry for the bad review, but can only say it as it was.

    I ordered some flowers from Blooms over the phone to be delivered for a funeral I had to attend as I live out of area. Blooms supplied a really pretty basket arrangement and delivered it in good time on the morning directly to the funeral directors. I was delighted with it and I thought the charge was very reasonable indeed. Highly recommended. Thank you.
