I purchase a lot from Earnest Jones in Southend and have always been pleased with the service. I've been there possibly 5 times in the last 6 months and they are always polite and helpful in any way they can be. I recently took my Tag watch to them as it had a small issue, and they boxed it up and sent it back to Tag no question asked. It did take 5 weeks to get it returned but that is Tag not Earnest Jones. Forget the rest - Go here!
