  Hmm went into the showroom and explained I had ordered a part for my car, I then got passed to 3 different people to then be told by the 3rd to press a door bell for a parts department member of staff, then I had to stand their waiting why one member of staff texts, another eats a chocolate bar and a 3rd serving cups of tea to other staff while I stand their waiting for a parts guy. Come on guys it's a professional working space not a public staff room, this was all on top on ordering a part, being told it would be 24 hours and they would call when in but got no call after 4 days.
