  Item had not arrived in store today although money had been deducted from bank account. This was not the stores fault but I wanted to feed back that I thought the £1 additional charge for delivery to store was not acceptable, the girl in store (between 1.30-2.30 pm today ) replied "that it wouldn't make any difference , they wouldn't listen.". I repeated again that I would still like my feedback to be processed.once again she came back with the same negative reply. Poor customer service and no intention of going back to my local Southend store.. Staff member needs customer service training.
