  The staff here are excellent and really understand what a difference good customer service and a friendly attitude make to the overall retail experience. I like the fact that people can take their dogs into the store. Good parking.The only reason I don't give 5 stars is down to price - even with the vip loyalty card discounts their prices are often higher than many supermarkets, especially for pet accessories such as toys, beds and cat litter.

  I went here around 4 years ago and the fish I got from here didn’t last a month however last year 2017 around October I got some balloon Mollys and I’m safe to say they are all alive. I’m so glad they have better care on their fish and I recommend anyone to buy fish from here
